Are there shipping charges?

• We offer free standard shipping that takes 10-13 days. We will also offer an expedited shipping option at an additional cost that takes 7-9 days.

What date should I order by to ensure arrival before the holidays?

• Order by December 11 for free standard delivery by Christmas and all purchases include an ONT mystery gift.
• Order by December 14 with expedited shipping to get it by Christmas and all purchases include an ONT mystery gift.
  

Do you ship outside of the United States?

• Not at this time, but we are working on it!

What is the return and exchange policy?

• We currently do not offer returns or any exchanges. We will replace a damaged or defective item, or an incorrectly shipped item. Please visit the Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

What payment options do you accept?

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, or Venmo.
